Princess Eléonore of Belgium has revealed the next steps in her education.
Princess Eléonore will move to the Netherlands to start the Liberal Arts and Sciences bachelor’s degree at the University College Utrecht (UCU), the honours college of the University of Utrecht.
The three-year program is in English and allows students to put together their own list of classes from the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. At the end of the three years, they will receive a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) diploma from the University of Utrecht.
Princess Eléonore is the youngest child of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium. She is currently fourth in the line of succession behind her elder siblings. She previously attended the Dutch-language St John Berchmans College in Brussels before transferring to the Heilig Hart College. From September 2023 to 2026, she attended the International School of Brussels.
