As part of the celebrations, a musical performance took place by a string septet from the RTVE Symphony Orchestra, who performed Beethoven’s “Septimino in E-flat major, Op. 20”, adapted by Pedro Pérez Conejero. Queen Sofia watched a broadcast of the program Radar Clásico, during which pianist Eldar Nebolsin and cellist Pablo Hernández performed Schumann’s “Fantasy Pieces, Op. 73”; Schumann’s “Myrthen ‘Du bist wie eine Blume’”; Schubert’s “Nacht und Träume”; and Glazunov’s “Chant du ménestrel.”

Afterwards, she visited the Radio Clásica newsroom, where she met with members of the staff.
