Prince George has followed in his father’s footsteps with a visit to the charity The Passage, 32 years later.
The Prince of Wales took Prince George, 12, to help him cook meals for the homeless with The Passage on 16 December.
The father-son duo helped make lunch for the homeless who are helped by the organisation located in central London.

While Prince William worked on Brussels sprouts, Prince George assisted with Yorkshire puddings.
The pair also helped to set the tables before people sat down to eat.

Chief executive of the Passage, Mick Clarke, said George was a lot like his father and was happy to help.
“Very much like his dad, actually – just wanted to get stuck in and help. A lovely kid is how I would describe him, and he just really seemed very interested in the work that we do and particularly in talking to people who have used our services,” he said.

William first visited the charity at age 11 in the early nineties with his mother. The late Diana, Princess of Wales, took a young Prince William to The Passage on 14 December 1993.
He followed in his mother’s footsteps and brought his son to learn about the importance of helping the less fortunate. William even signed the guestbook under his grandmother’s and father’s names.
