Prince William was in north Wales for a series of engagements on Tuesday, 25 November, where he was seen taking selfies with onlookers.
At multiple stops during his visit to Wales, the future monarch was seen smiling and taking selfies. He even snapped some of the photos himself, showing his more down-to-earth nature.
His day included a beach walk with members of the Marine Conservation Society’s Youth Ocean Network, meeting those involved in the Society’s Hiraeth Yn Y Môr project, and helping to promote the benefits of spending time by the sea. The Prince also shared his love of cold water swims with those living on the coast.

His Royal Highness sat down with the youth at Youth Shedz to learn how the organisation “supports those with adverse childhood experiences.” He also viewed activities, including a game of pool, that are used to reach out to the youth in the community.
Youth Shedz “creates safe spaces for young people facing challenges such as school exclusion, bullying and homelessness,” according to Kensington Palace.

The day also saw some praise from the Prince of Wales for his wife, Catherine. While speaking to youth leader Scott Jenkinson, founder of Youth Shedz, and his wife, Sian, William remarked, “Behind every average man is an even better wife!”
The group was discussing the importance of strong, supportive figures in each person’s life.

A comedy workshop with Welsh comedian Kiri Pritchard-McLean brought the laughs as Prince William met aspiring comedians at the comedy school Gwneud, Make, Do, and learned how humour supports the youth.
