The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg has released three new painted portraits to mark the start of Grand Duke Guillaume’s reign tomorrow.

Three artists worked on the paintings: Luxembourgish painter Roland Schauls and British portraitists Louise Pragnell and Andrew Gow.

The portraits will join the official collection at the Grand Ducal Palace, where they will go on display, and a portrait of the future Grand Duke Guillaume will be placed in the plenary hall of the Chamber of Deputies.

The works will be unveiled and open to the public in January 2026 at the National Museum of Archaeology, History and Art (MNAHA).
