The Luxembourg Aquamarine Bandeau is one of the smaller jewels in the Luxembourg jewellery vault.

The bandeau is made with aquamarines interspersed with crisscrossed rows of diamonds. It was made as part of a set also including earrings and a necklace for Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte.

She liked to wear the bandeau low across the forehead, but some of the other women who have worn it wore it as a traditional tiara. 1

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa has worn this bandeau often, such as at the wedding of the future King Frederik X of Denmark in 2004.
