Queen Silvia has revealed how Princess Madeleine’s children are adapting to Sweden.

Princess Madeleine and her family recently moved to Sweden from the United States, and proud grandma Silvia revealed how they are adjusting.

According to Queen Silvia, Princess Leonore, Prince Nicolas and Princess Adrienne are getting used to Sweden.

Queen Silvia said about her grandchildren: “The two oldest ones speak Swedish well. The youngest one is still a bit shy, but that will come.”

Princess Leonore (10) and Prince Nicolas (9) have begun schooling in Sweden, while Princess Adrienne (6) is still in preschool (although she was in Kindergarten in the United States last year and would be in first grade this year).

About school, the Queen said: “It is understandable that you are nervous and wonder what it will be like at your new school, but it went great.”
