The Princess of Orange has attended the graduation ceremony for her Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE).

The ceremony took place at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. She was joined by her grandmother, Princess Beatrix, her parents, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima and her sisters, Princess Alexia and Princess Ariane.

Her final thesis was titled “Beyond Disclosure: Bridging the Gap Between the Artificial Intelligence Act and the Charter of Fundamental Rights with Deepfaked Bodies”, and examines the tension between European fundamental rights and AI legislation.

However, the Princess has not passed all her courses just yet. Due to her broken arm, she received a deferment for one course. Once she has completed this course, she will receive her Bachelor’s degree in PPLE.

Next school year, the Princess will begin a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law, which will also be at the University of Amsterdam, and she will participate in the Defensity College training program.
