Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway will attend college in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Prince will start a Bachelor of Business Management at Forward College, with subjects such as introduction to economics, statistics and accounting. His first year will take place in Lisbon before classes will take him to Paris and Berlin, respectively.
The Norwegian royal house stated that “In the coming years, both The Princess and The Prince’s most important task will be to study. They will nevertheless be able to carry out selected official assignments for the Royal House when it fits in with their studies.”
Prince Sverre Magnus spent much of the past year in Italy studying film and photography. He returned home when his mother, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, was placed on the transplant list. She recently received a lung transplant, from which she is still recovering.
At the time, Royal Court Press Contact, Sara Svanemyr, told the press, “The Prince is currently in Italy, where he is exploring various opportunities, including in film and photography, with a desire to learn more about this.”
