Crown Princess Mette-Marit attends para hockey match

Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway has attended a para hockey match at Skien Fritidspark.

The Crown Princess watched as Norway led an 18-0 victory over the United Kingdom. Norway is now one step closer to the A-WC in 2025. During the latter, the team will be able to qualify for the Paralympics in 2026.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit was joined by Acting State Administrator Fred-Ivar Syrstad. After the match, she handed out the Man of the Match award for both teams.

She said, “It was so much fun. It was absolutely wonderful to watch you guys. You are very good.”
