Buckingham Palace has shared a new photo of Queen Camilla and her rescue pup.

The image was released of the Queen and Moley to coincide with her visit to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home today. It was taken earlier this month by Chris Jackson in the garden at Raymill, the Queen’s private residence in Wiltshire.

She adopted Moley earlier this year and revealed information about her new dog back in February.

Queen Camilla is a known animal lover and previously adopted two Jack Russell Terriers from Battersea, Beth (2011) and Bluebell (2012). Beth died in 2024.

While sharing the new photograph, Buckingham Palace included tips on keeping your dog cool in the summer heat. They included planning walks for cooler hours, never leaving your dog in your car, making sure they have plenty of water and being mindful to protect their paws on hot surfaces.
