King Charles met passengers from the November Huntingdon train incident ahead of Christmas.

The King welcomed “members of the public and railway staff who showed particular bravery” during the stabbing on a train in November.

Those who met His Majesty included railway worker Samir Zitouni, who worked to save passengers and train driver Andrew Johnson.

The Chief Constable of British Transport Police, Lucy D’Orsi, and Family Liaison Officers also attended.

Buckingham Palace later shared two images from the meeting on the Royal Family’s social media accounts.

Anthony Williams has been charged with ten counts of attempted murder following the attack. Eleven people were treated in the hospital following the stabbing on the London-bound train.
