Princess Kako of Japan has wrapped up her official visit to Peru to mark 150 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
After some delay due to problems with her flights, all her events were rescheduled and managed to be completed during the visit.
On her last day, she visited a school in the capital city, Lima. It was founded 52 years ago by people of Japanese descent. They teach the Japanese language and hand down Japanese culture.
Afterwards, she attended a ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of an organisation dedicated to helping people through sport. Around 1,000 people had gathered.
Princess Kako also visited Machu Picchu earlier in the week.
