Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II of Jordan visited companies in the United States.
He started the day at the headquarters of Zipline, a California-based global leader in autonomous aerial logistics technology. He received a briefing on Zipline’s experience in designing, building, and operating a delivery network using autonomous drones.
They deliver medical supplies, food and retail goods. During this visit, he was accompanied by Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat, Jordan’s Ambassador to the United States Dina Kawar, and Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain.

He then attended a working dinner hosted by Amjad Masad, the Jordanian entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Replit. During the dinner, he met with entrepreneurs and executives of American technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Discussions were held over the potential of new avenues of cooperation with Jordan.
