Fifth in line to Norwegian throne comes out as bisexual

Maud Behn, who is fifth in the line of succession to the Norwegian throne, has come out as bisexual.

She posted a video ahead of Oslo Pride in which she said, “I want to wish everyone a happy Pride. It’s a wonderful celebration. Be yourself, love who you love. You are beautiful just the way you are.”

She later added a photo with the caption, “Happy Pride from a bi person! πŸ’– πŸ’œ πŸ’™ 🏳️ 🌈 🏳️ 🌈 🌈 🏳️ ️️ πŸ’–οΈ Pride this year was incredible, and there was so much loveπŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’– Many big hugsπŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–”

Her mother, Princess MΓ€rtha Louise of Norway, commented on the photo, “Great, beautiful you, Maud! Cheers to the love. Love is love. LOVE YOU! Happy Pride 🏳️ ⚧️🏳️ 🌈”

Although Maud isn’t the first royal to come out, she is the one who is currently highest in the line of succession. Maud doesn’t have a royal title.
