Jersey Post is celebrating the first anniversary of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s visit in 2024.
A set of six stamps entitled Royal Visit 2024 has recently been released. Two local photographers, Andy Le Gresley and Max Burnett, took the photos featured on the stamps as the royal couple made their way through the town.
Jersey has close ties to the British monarchy, which date back to 1204 when the island swore allegiance to King John.
King Charles and Queen Camilla were gifted a set of stamps from the issues The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III 2023 and 2024’s New Definitives: Crest of Jersey and His Majesty King Charles III during their visit to Jersey.
The stamp set can be ordered online or it can be purchased at the Broad Street Post Office and Jersey Post’s Headquarters in Rue Des Pres.
