Princess Kako’s Tiara is worn by Princess Kako of Akishino.

She received the diamond fleur-de-lis tiara for her 20th birthday in 2014, which is the age of majority in Japan. The tiara is part of a parure.

It was made by the Japanese jeweller Mikimoto.
