The Princess of Orange has completed her assignment with the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

The 22-year-old heir to the Dutch throne completed her work study with the Air Force on 7 July.

Princess Amalia will study with the Royal Netherlands Navy after a holiday. She is undergoing military training with the Defensity College programme.

The Princess has already undergone the General Military Training.

This is all part of a broader programme with the University of Amsterdam that she is learning under for two years to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law.

The military training and studying law are part of her preparations to one day become the Queen of the Netherlands.

Amalia graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the same university in July 2025.
