Albert II, Prince of Monaco, presented the medals for the Men’s Downhill (alpine skiing) and the Men’s Snowboard Big Air.
The Men’s Downhill took place in Bormio at the Stelvio track. The medalists were Franjo von Allmen (gold), Giovanni Franzoniv (silver) and Dominic Paris (bronze).
The Men’s Snowboard Big Air took place at Livigno Snow Park. The medalists were Kira Kimura (gold), Ryoma Kimata (silver) and Su Yiming (bronze).
Prince Albert has been a member of the International Olympic Committee since 1985 and participated as an athlete in five Olympic Winter Games.
