Prince Albert undergoes brief medical procedure

Prince Albert of Monaco has undergone a brief medical procedure.

The Prince’s Palace announced that the Sovereign Prince “underwent a scheduled and brief medical procedure on his scalp and face.”

It is understood that it was to treat a minor condition that was discovered during a routine dermatological check-up.

The Prince has a few stitches.

His Royal Highness’s agenda will continue as normal.

The Prince of Monaco will visit the Vatican on 17 January and have an audience with Pope Leo XIV.
