Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden celebrated her birthday with the traditional event at Solliden Palace and the Victoria Day Concert at Borgholm Castle.
The concert was broadcast live on television as several Swedish artists performed. There was also a fundraising event for charity. Later in the evening, hockey-player Erik Karlsson received the Victoria Award from the Crown Princess. This is awarded every year to a Swedish athlete.
